Step 5 - Confirmation of reservation

As soon as you click on "send reservation" you will see "Thank you. Your reservation has been sucesfully sent". It means we have got your request that has been sent to the hotel directly throught our websystem. You will also receive an e-mail confirming DELIVERY of your reservation and informing you about next steps. Your can check the status of your reservation by MY LOGIN.

If you booked using from the ON-LINE section, you will be confirmed immediately. If you booked among the hotels marked "OFF-LINE", please wait for a confirmation. 80% of all created requests are confirmed within several hours. Other reservations are usually confirmed within 24 hours. We struggle for shortening the time of confirmation to provide you with the best service. If the hotel you chose is available, you will receive a confirmation including all necessary details regarding the payment, cancelation and voucher collecting. If your first choice is not available, we will mostly offer some alternative.

To check, change or cancel your booking, please use MY LOGIN. Also, you can always contact our Customer Support Center that is at your disposal EVERY DAY.
